Delivery, Shipping and Handling We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours by Royal Mail Special Delivery and shipping costs are included within the price of the item(s) which should take 1-3 days from dispatch to delivery. The order will appear on the credit or debit card statement as gksolutionsuk.com. Warranty Cancellations All orders made via this website come with a SEVEN DAY RETURN GUARANTEE. Simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packaging for a full refund. When returning goods of a high cash value, we strongly advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit as we are unable to credit you for goods that have been lost or damaged. Please contact the Post Office to reclaim costs for lost or damaged handsets.
